these small changes will motivate me to buy her, atm she's garbage ADC compared to:

Quinn isn't even picked top anymore, she can barely jg, and she sucks as ADC, twitch is beating her ass now atm

JVlasterQuinn1 votesQuinn is not unplayable top and jungle, idk what you smoke but it's good. She could use some QoL Buff but that's it, R channel could be decreased to 1 second but not under, it would probly break her.
