Fiora's Passive Is Still Toxic and Unfun To Play Against

I think it would be more fair it her ult and passive did %MaxHealth in physical damage. Because right now there is only one thing to counter her.

I remember some Rioter commented on how it didn't "feel" right. That's still stupid. No matter how you look at it %Maxhealth true damage is a toxic design mechanic. At least with Vayne she has to proc 3 hits on you. Fiora just has to hit a "sweet" spot.

I can't tell if this Rework or her previous kit was more Toxic. Because both kits were and are unfun to play against.
