Are these really "High Noon" skins?
I like the High Noon theme, and I do like all three of these new High Noon skins. They look really nice and I might pick them up, so this is not a complaint about the skin quality.
However, are they really High Noon?

Again, they look awesome, ... but they remind me more of one of the more recent skins for the champion who originally got the High Noon skin.
Am I alone here? I might have not been the first to notice this either, .. I feel like I am a little late to mention it.
