Show some love to Jhin

You could show some love to Jhin as he's really underwhelming now. Other ADCs deal as much damage as Jhin does on his 4th shot every auto(Cait, Twitch, Vayne) and they are not stuck with 0.6 - 0.9 attack speed. He has no mobility, he is very squishy, he doesn't deal damage and his ult ult is really unreliable. You could do something like Thresh's passive where his bonus attack speed is multiplied with 1/4 so he can actually trade.
