The Reason Sejuani is OP

Sejuani can dish out almost as much sustained damage in a fight as an adc (due to the fact that all of her abilities can hit multiple targets) while also having 5k health and big resistances. did i forget to mention that she has more cc than most other champs AND HER ABILITIES SCALE OFF OF HEALTH?

Dont get me wrong I LOVE THE TANK META im just not sure why a champ like zac is not allowed to do any meaningful damage while champs like sejuani, Cho Gath, and nasus get tank stats as well as abilities that do as much damage as an apc on lower cooldowns. I THOUGHT THE POINT OF ZACS LOW DAMAGE WAS HIS TEAMFIGHTING! meanwhile riot contradicts themselves by having sejuani have just as much cc if not more while doing crazy damage that scales with tank stats.

Tanks can deal comparable damage to squishy champions as squishy champions can deal to tanks. That does not, by any means, indicate that they deal the same amount of damage.

Let's see, Zac has TWO AoE knockups and an AoE slow. Sejuani has one AoE stun, one single target brief knock up, and an AoE slow. Zac has AoE %hp damage on a low cooldown, while Sejuani has single target %hp damage with a DoT based on her hp.

Zac does less straight up damage compared to Sejuani, but has more CC (that can't be blocked by tenacity either!) and rather good sustained damage.
