Why pick Twitch when you can pick Kalista and Jinx? Jinx is a late-game hyperscaling snowballing AoE crit long-ranged mobile ADC rocket spammer. Kalista is basically a better Twitch... On top of a 2 sec knockup cc. What does Twitch have to offer besides a horribly delayed stealth?
Err...I missed where Jinx and Kalista could nuke ambush a whole team from stealth. Twitch is a niche ADC and is quite strong with the right team.
His stealth has always been what seperates him from other adc's. He's still a piece of artillery with an actual escape mechanic.
Twitch is deadly as he can pop his R in teamfights to stay safe while murdering entire enemy team from safety.
But compared to a fed jinx, a fed twich is literally hell gates opened
Wanna see a fed jinx assassinate almost any champion in the game 1 vs 1 lol. when a fed twitch is on the loose if you roam by yourself at all you will feed him even more. i would play twitch mid when coming up though silver on my other account and 30-35 kills was very common with how often youd catch mid/adc solo farming or even farming with their support.
Well Twitch isn't trash, he just needs alittle more buffing.
I wouldn't be opposed to seeing Twitch buffs in the near future. He's my favorite ADC because of that stealth mechanic. I just wish he was a better pick for ADC, especially with all the cc and other ADC champs that just straight up out-range him 100% of the time...
Maybe someday soon he'll receive some much needed help to his early game. He needs it...
He needs some sort of buff. He's a decent ADC when people know how to play him, but is outclassed by many other ADCs.
His late game is arguably better than both. He is a top-notch teamfighter, who can also double as a functional assassin. Problem is he doesn't come online until 5 and a half completed items.

Twitch fell into the trash can (Not that he minds) when Riot gave him some serious nerfs post VU.
His Passive might as well not exist, Q is worthless as a escape mechanism if you get hit once because it takes 6 fucking seconds to go in stealth, Kalista's Rend alone is much better than half his kit (Passive stack + E).
He is still a monster late game, but literally every ADC bullies the fuck out of him and he is gank bait. It is laughable that people act like Vayne is such trash early game when Twitch exists.
What are his gimmicks? AoE late game? Jinx does that almost as well while being twice as safe and having an early game. Stack mechanic? Kalista laughs and kills Baron from 2k HP in a single spell. Stealth? If he uses it to fight he cant escape. If he uses it to escape, he loses his attack speed steroid (And even then, it is incredibly hard to survive long enough to escape).
He has an interesting niche late game as an assassin/ADC, but Quinn has a similar ability with her Ult and he doesnt burst anywhere near as well as Graves or Lucian.
