@Riot, is Varus on the table for any changes?

He's just so....Boring and lackluster in terms of raw utility or specialty. He's a poke ADC that requires himself to get in close quarters to stack his W passive to really do his damage and he has no escape to buggout with like some other adcs do.

He has no AD steroid, no REAL passive, His poke is great if the target is alone and away from minions but the only real way to bonk someone with a fully charged Q is from the bushes because it takes so long to amp up. Not to mention that the most popular adcs bot lane have some sort of dash or tumble that makes it extremely hard to land.

In my non expert opinion his major flaw comes from his attack range which honestly needs to be on part with Ashe since they have similar styles of play (Poke with their signature skills and use ult get in close and attempt to finish a target.) Except Varus lacks the utility that Ashe does.

Again this could just be ramblings but I think something needs to be done to Varus to edge him into line with other adcs after their reworks.
