Is Vayne buff in 6.15 actually doing anything?

Listen guys i know 90% of the community hates Vayne, i have also noticed that the ones who claim she is OP don't actually play her, considering she is at "weak" tier and has been basically unviable for the entire season, it is no coincidence that Dlift quit playing her and made a statement about her that "she does not win games" and i see Gosu playing Ezreal in ranked more than her.
Many of you will say all you gotta do is get to the late game, well last season i had about 200k mastery on Vayne and got Gold, looked like i was heading to plat, then Vayne W took a rework at the preseason, they nerfed SS+ cannon proc, they nerfed bork and now it's overpriced and since then i have 930k close to one milion mastery on vayne and am utterly stuck in silver by maining this champ, i first time Jhin and start to play him for a bit, immediate climb and wins i would normally lose, the charecter deals a ridiculous amount of dmg but i see people complaining about Vayne...? Let me break it to you, from someone who actually plays Vayne not just rants about the champ i dislike and don't try them for my self, i feel like quitting this game since they made Vayne unviable this season, you wake up one day and the champ you dedicated so much practice to gets nerfed because of QQ when she has never even been top tier at her best, the Vayne buffs are not even buffs....Do you think the problem is really Vaynes Q separate crit...? please the problem is she is so weak she gets out damaged by the worst of supports, and i get that her lane is weak, but it is weaker tthan ever and "late game" never happens because of the meta for a few seasons now. These buffs are pointless, might as well not change her at all...All this will do is get her banned more often and she is still going to be the same weak ass champ. Don't agree? Please smurf and play vayne only from Bronze to diamond, tell me how OP she is after please.
