New Ranked Placements Question (3v3 Treeline)

Ran a provisional game in 3v3 ranked and got an initial placement of Iron 4. My next game i the opposite team was made up of Plat4, Dia4, Dia3 opponents. How the **** am i supposed to climb out of Iron4 if i am fighting people who are playing at that level in solo q? Can someone explain this?

I just got out of a game myself team mmr's were 1800 vs 1400 who do you think won?
