Iron vs. Silver Lanes In Ranked Games

Iron sits on op.gg around 3% of the player base. The 3% worst players. You made this tier for people who have disabilities. How is matching an Iron player vs a silver player in ranked helping anyone but the silver player climb? RIOT FIX THIS!!!!! YOU NEED TO TWEAK YOUR MATCHMAKING!!!! These players are going to leave if they continue to get stomped in lane. For god's sake I am taking crazy pills here?

Edit: I am not talking about my personal matchmaking! I am posting to attempt to fix/improve matchmaking for Iron players. Why would the bottom 3% want to get stomped in game by a superior opponent. I want to game to grow but the state of matchmaking is garbage right now.
