Should other champions not wear boots like cass?

Just a thought. I thought Riot did it for "realism" having a champion who obvisouly had no feet no longer be able to purchase boots. So I was curious why they didn't continue on to other champions. Was it a bad change and they realized it? Do they plan on doing it? Do they even care?
