its just hilarious to me how everyone bitches for months to nerf leblanc then riot finally does it and then i immediately start seeing forum posts about giving her small buffs. Its honestly hilarious. No wonder riot hates their community

Well some nerf kinda hurt the champion by alot, lets give an exemple of ryze on the pbe. 13 Changes on him, 13 changes thats ALOT for absolute no reason while his main problem was W. While leblanc does flashy plays and making it slower doesn't really fits her at all, at least if she can QRE during W midair player would feel like a quickfinger champion again. Leblanc is the only champion you can't roll your head on the keyboard.

you are obviously either a troll or just really stupid. Ryze was in permaban status, did you watch the lcs games with him? he was perma snaring and nuking everyone. Leblanc is the definition of roll your face on the keyboard. Q-W-R, congrats you just obliterated the adc and then pressed W again and are back to safety before the enemy realized what happened. There would be absolutely no counterplay to her if she could cast her abilities mid dash. Rengar used to be able to do that and that is why that was removed, the enemy had 0 reaction time and he could full combo you before you could cast one ability.
