So... about those Kindred buffs.

I'm happy such a weak champion (for pretty much anyone without a ridiculous amount of experience on her) that I love an incredible amount is getting minor buffs which should help her do somewhat better. But I'm sort of surprised not one single thread crying about "hurdur wtf rito y u return kindoord to pre-nerf" or something of that nature. With how riled up people got about Kindred (which was justified since she was incredibly strong pre-nerfs, although the nerfs thereafter were excessive), I thought there'd be more complaining about even the slightest Kindred buffs.

I love how you try to say you love Kindred yet fail to realize it's not just lamb. Kindred is they, and this isn't being picky or anything like that. Their whole story is for them to be two souls working as one. Get it right or don't talk about the champion. Aka at least show basic knowledge of knowing a champion before talking about them. Kindred

I think being the 600th best Kindred in the world before dropping Kindred because I knew Kindred would be getting nerfed implies I have good enough knowledge of the champion. I don't know what it is with you gameplay trolls that try to hide on low level accounts and say absolutely stupid shit. But it's fucking hilarious. I give 0 fucks about the lore, or that they're "they/he/she." I'll call Kindred by whatever the fuck I want.

/end.

Yes I get the whole debate and I consider it to be "they", but with the various shitstorms that came up over the entire debate of the correct noun that should be applied, I went with "her" because I know that's what most non-main people go with and they get all prissy if I would use the term "they". Calm down.

They're also collectively a singular representation of death itself. They're two halves of one fact of existence.

I still say that Kindred's heal would be an alright mechanic if it were retooled to only proc on Neutral Monsters.

Agreed, although it probably should be lower in the first place so it's not just free damageless jungle clears like it used to be basically.

I think it would be better if it only proced on champions. That means they have he ability they need to invade for marks, but you still need to actually kite mobs if you want to stay healthy in the jungle

I honestly don't think 30 additional damage to her level 3 combo is going to matter.

The only real significance to this buff is that her clear speed is increased by . . . roughly 2 seconds. Which boils down to a single auto attack.

It's still a buff no matter how minor, which she needs. It's a start at the very least.

If they really want her buffed to be how she's supposed to be played ((or at least from what I'm seeing.)) They should lower the times for her marks and fix some bugs where the creature you kill spontaneously spawns the mark for no reason and then you don't get it.

It doesn't sound like much, but it'll actually, for the first time in fucking history of League when they say this stupid line, separate the good Kindred players from the great Kindred players.

Well yeah. I wish that the heal would come back but in a lot lower amount, or at least that some of her base stats would come back, so that her early jungling isn't so absolute garbage when her getting Hunts relies on early game dueling power.

And yeah, the mark bug thing is dumb.

It could, and I do miss it. But in all honesty, I'd just rather have better numbers.

Well meanwhile better keep aatrox in the shit tier cause scrubs don't buy executioner's calling, morellobook, ninja Tabi, thornmail, frozen heart nor randiuns omen. I'm still happy no one is bitching about kindred getting buffed, w00t.

I majorly disliked Kindred before due to her massive early strength on a champion that is supposed to be someone who heavily scales into the late-game.

These buffs do not look to reignite these issues. In fact, I'd say that Riot is finally satisfied with the level of her early strength (clear speed, clear healthiness, early game damage to champions) and now looks to put power back into her in a way to fulfill her overall fantasy. And these buffs look (to me, at least) good on that front - more AD growth factor is only a major boon in the later stages (remember, base stats grow in a nonlinear fashion), and %-based damage is also only a major factor in the mid-to-late game.

The issue is she's literally worthless in lategame except as an ult-bot unless she gets her Hunts. And to get said Hunts, she needs a somewhat stronger early so she can actually get them without just suffering at being unable to even clear her own jungle that well let alone invade or kill others. But yeah.

People are busy complaining about other things! Your champion will pass through unnoticed for a good while me thinks.

The heal on her w was an insane crutch. Now that that's gone, I think she can be a lot healthier as a champ, and could use some buffs.

I think the heal would be fine if it was just a lot smaller in amount.
