@Riot: Make a toggleable "targeting ally" indicator

Trying to chase someone as Soraka to heal them is so frustrating, especially when they will not slow down or run to you for healing. Typing out "Stop! I'm trying to heal you!" is simply not doable in team fights, and voice chat is not used by everyone.

As such, there should be some sort of visual indicator that appears when an allied Champion is trying to target you with something (heal, shield, buff, etc.).

"NO! TOO MUCH VISUAL NOISE!!!!!"

Then make it toggleable in game options. You can turn them off if you like.
