She had Aery, which has no effect on the damage from her basic attacks.
Also, most supports can outdamage ADCs early.

You...do realize that she has always been able to do this...even with the old runes, I don't think you understand how much of a factor level 1 and 2 power spike is.

Plus you said she already had a kill so draven is probably already behind. and it was an assist she got in that image so I mean he must of taken damage from someone else not as if she solo'd him.

You didn't say she did over 200 damage though you said over 200 PHYSICAL damage which she didn't
Autos are her only physical damage, rest is magic

Literally says "she was doing 200+ physical damage in 4 hits" she only did 190 physical damage which is actually even less than that because her basic attack says "mixed" on it so some of it must of been magic damage and even then it still was not 200+ as you claim. Her only source of physical damage is auto attacks....
