If kids are blatantly toxic in the lobby, or I see they have a big lose streak why should I be forced to waste 20-40 minutes of my time catering to their non-sense? I should be able to dodge with low timers, especially in ranked. This 30 minute wait time is pretty silly. To be clear i'm talking about dodging in the lobby specifically, not in game.
Considering that you are already losing LP for dodging ranked lobby... Yea timer could be a bit smaller.
More fair game will lead into less fun for the kids youre dodging and less fun for them is less money for riot.
How about no. All this would do is encourage more people to dodge because "I don't like the opponent I'm against" or "they picked my favorite champ" which would result in longer queue times for the rest of us. If you want to dodge because you don't like your team, that's your deal and you should suffer accordingly.
you can cheese it and just enter loading screen then close league and wait 4-5 minutes and take the L for the remake
