Riot please, we need the ability to avoid games with premade groups

I keep getting them and it just isn't fair. They're always

1)extremely toxic 2)verbally abusive and bm all game 3)troll and grief as much as they possibly can 4)submit false reports at end

I can't even play normals anymore without high chance of getting stuck in some toxic group, Just last game I got yet another 4 man, and ofc they surrender at end as I was hitting on enemy nexus to make sure we lost. This isn't ok, and is an easy fix. I'll take much longer ques over wasting 20-40mins with people like this.
