How do I carry feeders?

This is something that has been bugging me since Season 4. I main Garen Top and I do pretty well every game, even when I'm hard countered. But I can't seem to find a way to carry a team that falls behind by a lot. Granted, it's not their fault and many times the enemy is just that good. The reality is everybody feeds. I understand this, but I really need to know how to win these games for my team. It always seem like when I'm there, the enemy dies, but I can't be there all the time. I need to farm and level up.

pick them up, carry them over to a dumpster, throw them in so they can remember how trash they are, then forget about them.

Watch your map and if you notice a jungler walking towards the bottom lane for instance, ping them back and tell them to wait until they see the jungler again on the map. (stuff like this REALLY helps.)

Give up before the match even starts. Just dodge in the lobby. Even if the comp looks normal, trust no one.

Give up playing ranked.
