As of this patch (9.24b), who would you balance and why.

I would soften teleport's past nerf and decrease its cooldown by 20 seconds due to how rampant ignite is. Summoner spells were punished for being used too much but that's ironic considering ignite. Teleport gives way for better plays and can help toplane have more agency in the game.

Change Lethal Tempo to an AS build-up for the first few seconds.

Nerf turret plating gold a bit. It's permanently free gold that others can't get afterwards. Sometimes people are rewarded for dying too often in lane but getting plates. One team may not be able to go to plates due to jg/mid pressure but the other team can despite the aforementioned team doing better in lane. Then the gold equalizes. Then bounties help them out which punishes the lead built up.

Nerf Morde. A bit too strong at the moment. Reduce the resistance reduction his ult causes.

There's too much damage in this game so easy fix, all abilities & runes regarding heals or shields increased by 50%, and then I'd go from there.

I’d nerf ekko asap, champ is always relevant for some reason, like a roach always surviving meta shifts. Nerf morde for obv reasons, nerf diana bc duh, and Hotfix the damn client

I would take any context they talk about in the regular patches, flop all the details on their heads and then I'd get an accurate description of what's really going on.

Goals of these changes:

  • Hit some champions that were unnecessarily buffed in Season 9.
  • Make Conqueror a bit fairer on Ranged
  • Make certain champions a little less annoying to play against (Yasuo)

 

Ashe:

Frost Shot (Passive): Slow reduced to 15% − 30% (based on level) from 20% − 30% (based on level). Enhanced slow reduced to 30% − 60% (based on level) from 40% − 60% (based on level).

Caitlyn

Base Stats: Base Attack damage reduced to 60 from 62.

Yordle Snap Trap (W) Traps placed within 500 range of an enemy turret now have their duration reduced by 60%. VFX updated to make traps easier to see when hidden behind a standing enemy structure

Within 500 range of a turret means within 500 range of the actual structure itself not it's sight/attack range

 

Ekko:

Parallel Convergence (W) Stun duration reduced to 1.75 seconds from 2.25.

Chronobreak Cooldown increased to 110 / 90 / 70 seconds from 110 / 80 / 50.

 

Leona

Shield of Daybreak (Q) - Cooldown increased to 6 seconds from 5.

 

Mordekaiser:

Indestructible (W)

Percentage of damage Mordekaiser deals saved as a potential shield reduced to 30% from 35% Percentage of damage Mordekaiser takes saved as a potential shield reduced from 15% to 10%

Potential Shield maximum strength reduced to 25% maximum health from 30%.

 

Nautilus -

Dredge Line (Q) - Hitbox adjusted to be a bit fairer for enemies.

Staggering Blow Root duration reduced to 0.5 − 1.5 (based on level) seconds from 0.75 − 1.5 (based on level).

 

Yasuo

Wind Wall (W) Cooldown now starts once Wind wall expires, not when the ability is cast.

 

Warwick

Jaws of the Beast (Q) Health ratio reduced to 5.75 / 6.5 / 7.25 / 8 / 8.75% of the target's maximum health from 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10%.

 

RUNES:

Ranged healing increased from 8% to 10% Ranged abilities now only grant 1 stack of Conqueror per cast instead of 2.

Cost increased from 2650 to 2800. Magic Penetration reduced from 40% to 35%.

Slow duration reduced from 0.5 seconds to 0.25 seconds.

item 3111 Tenacity increased to 35% from 30%.

 

Grievous Wounds Items:

_ With so much healing in the game, it's fair that the completed Grievous Wounds items could be a little bit stronger._

Executioner's Calling and Bramble Vest are not affected by this change and remain at 40% healing reduction

 

item 3033 Grievous Wounds now reduces all healing received by 45%.
