@Riot since you're planning to nerf Fiora
The problem with Fiora is that her base HP at lvl 18 is way too high (2134) making her even more tanky along with the built-in heals. 96 HP higher than Jax(2038), and 30 HP higher than Malphite(2104). IMO it should be reduced to something like 2020 or even 1950.
And maybe increase her passive's heal by a little just to reward her more for hitting vitals and fighting instead of having a naturally high base amount of HP.
Other than that she should be fine.
