Riot Yasuo is weak at high elo, strong at low elo, please fix him, ty!
Rework his ult and his double crit and his base stats. ATM he is too strong in low elo and too weak in high elo, thanks.

I don't find him to weak in high elo, I feel hes simply high skill capped, he high resembles Riven in the terms, where hes the type of champion you are always learning new tricks on, and because of that you need to abuse those new tricks harder in higher Elo for people catch onto his normal style, basically hes a champion you have to develop a personalized style for, to create "your own yasuo" and if you don't do that in high elo, then frankly you don't deserve to play him.
Yasuo is strong in low ranks and weak in higher ranks because in higher ranks people know how to deal with him, and if you know how to deal with a yasuo, yasuo gets shut down. Its not his passive or his skill cap or even his over loaded kit. It is just yasuo is like Master Yi; if you know how to deal with him they become useless.
He suffers from master yi disease, where lower elo players get pubstiomped because they dont know how to play against him, but in the jighest tiers of play, he is balanced due to the amazing amount of skill and knowladge players have at that tier of play
