We need another Lament item

So riot is getting rid of PD's dueling power, specifically they are axing the passive that reduces damage taken.

I really hope riot puts it on a bruiser/juggernaut item. First of all, and most logically, the gameplay of the juggernaut is someone who has trouble getting to a foe, but it good at dealing with them when they get in range. Lament as a passive would be great for them as well as dueling champs.

For awhile, I've wanted to build the current PD on shyvana but I never did. Why? Crit. The MS is good on her. The AS is good on her. Lament would work great on her. However crit is kinda bad on her because she needs tanky stats after her one or two damage items. PD never seemed good enough by itself to get on her just because her "damage" items are pretty much set in stone. You get bloodrazor, frozen mallet, and Tit. Hydra. Two of those items give her a bunch of HP. Frozen mallet gives her clingyness. So even if there were aspects of the item that were interesting to her, it having crit instead of AD or tanky stats was a deal breaker.

Now riot is making Vi more of a DPS champ and making her less bursty. So she's got this Q which makes it hard to stick to a champ because it slows you and her only other mobility is her ult. So it's hard to get to a champ and now she's having less burst. She's going to be exposed for awhile if these changes go live. Somethnig like Lament would be great for a champ like Vi because it would help make up for her lowered burst, but would also be fine because the rest of the team would have counter-play options.

So riot, can we have a lament item for bruisers and duelists?
