(@Riot) Heimerdinger Thoughts Plz?

What's Riots thoughts on Heimerdinger? His kit, his turrets, etc? I could make some statements myself about Heimerdinger, but I don't want to turn this into a hate thread and turn off any Rioters from responding. If asked I'd be happy to share my opinions and feedback on The Revered Inventor as calmly and coherently as possible. But for now, I just wanna here if Riot has any immediate thoughts or plans for him.

One thing I do want to say is that it seems Heimerdinger (and possibly minions in general) don't seem to have been updated to take into account the changes around them. Heimerdinger turrets don't seem to be affected when the Revered Inventor himself has been smited with Skirmisher's Saber, for one.

heimerdinger right now just feels like weak garbage, I had the misfortune of wanting to play him and wound up against zed. Zed could one shot my turrets and at the point he hit six it was just a matter of Ult Me do his combo shadow out, bamb I'm dead. He can do one thing and one thing only and thats push turrets

his problem is his turrets being too easy to kill, moreso having in mind he has the worst mobility in the game as a counterweight.

he needs to either:

have his turrets HP scale better
heimer being able to pick turrets up (by recasting Q over one), which would make his game mechanic more dynamic (picking up turrets could reduce the cooldown or just give him a turret charge)
make him have an ability that shields his turrets.
make his turrets receive reduced damage from ranged spells and attacks.
