I'm Gold 3. I was Gold 2 up to today. My matches had high Golds and Plats in them, but I went on a horrible losing streak today. Lost 8 out of 10 matches. Now I notice I have been getting Silvers in my matches, and it shows in the match which is rather discouraging. Did my MMR drop that much? Good way to get it back up? Today just seems like one of those days where nothing goes right.

Ben SwoIo1 votesI guess, but to have an MMR of a Gold 3? Even their game play was very sketchy. Not that I'm perfect, but there was a huge difference in the silver matches as opposed to the matches I had with Gold 3's and above. I dunno, I'm just hoping my MMR didn't drop that much. Really hoping for Plat this season but today has been extremely horrible and it seems this happens every time I start to climb.
RogueWill1 votesThere isn't much difference between a silver and gold match. The game knowledge difference is minimal, if anything, only if you are behind you see a difference.
BBag0hxULG1 votesYou can be silver 1 and place with diamonds. It's all about your mmr, it's more frequent on fresh accounts though.
