Will Graves and Nocturne remain the only Champions who can reduce vision range?
Nocturne and Graves both share this gimmick, but it seems more useful on Graves since Nocturne's out of favor in the current jungle tank meta. Three or so years since their release, no new Champion has gotten this mechanic.
Are there any Champion's currently in the pipeline who might get something like this? Or is that a "can't answer!" question?
