How did creep block get worse?

I mean, it was bad before, but now minions feel like impassable cement walls. And this is on a ranged champ. What is going on with the code in this game? Can ally minion block just be temporarily disabled until this is fixed?

Dude it wasn't funny when I was playing vayne and tumbled into a minon got stuck in the caster minon model
