*When you cast E (Magic Journey) some times the pathing goes nuts and he doesn't enter into the portal, he stands there or takes a big walk to get to the point. Fix it by allowing him to cast E again to enter the portal surely.

*Bard looses time and takes too much risks when collecting chimes, if the enemies are smart they are gonna hard camp him, a good Bard knows this and probably builds item 3905 to avoid that. Give his chimes some other advantage, like granting him 3-5 gold for each Chime, specially considering he is out of lane not getting gold just to get them.

*Allow magic journey to consider allies movement bonuses to increase the speed of the travel.

*Allow Bard to cancel the animation of his ult, sometimes he dies, he casts it and it doesn't go out, it also prevents him from moving and landing it properly. It is almost channeled. Not only it has a delay before launching it, it is also slow moving, giving enemies a lot of time to avoid it. Being able to cast it faster with a better reaction time would allow Bard to make more plays with his ult and less mistakes. Much of his kit is a double edged sword, the ult specially, it being so slow is unnecesary.

*You took Attack Speed away from him due to Hail of Blades, you could at least add a bit more AS growth for his late game as the rune doesn't actually grow as before (and as most of us don't really use Hail of Blades on Bard).

*Make champs that are traveling through Magic Journey (E portal) immune to knock ups, since it bugs the E. Also some times I'm knocked up just way before using the portal and then I can't travel through it.. like for real? You haven't fixed that?

*If Bard is zoned in his Base he can't scale properly, he can't get chimes, he basically becomes useless, adding at least 3 spots on the base where Chimes can appear might help.

*He doesn't regen meeps while dead.

Bard has issues.

These aren't them.

  • Knockups glitch his E a lot.
  • He doesn't regen meeps while dead.
  • He can't freeze inhibs, nexuses, or invulnerable towers.
  • TT chime spawns are fucked.
  • Frostfang Hotfix sucks ass.

Bard's currently fine and at most could do with a couple of QoL buffs. Bard's a Jack of all trades master of none kind of character, so no matter what situation you're in, you should have the opportunity to be somewhat useful for your team. Unlike say Pyke or Janna who synergise very poorly with certain team comps.

i play bard i like bard but this meta and old kit doesnt work for him. He can hit like truck i mention it but going all in is most likely suicide even fishing for q in laning make you most likely eat som damage he was good against tank support not long range mages or pyke.meepo minigame is nice but leaving lane is dead adc and pushed tower. Maybe his heal is best but setting up three shrines take a time then another time to mature and you cannot heal during fight and this is big donwside in this damagecreep when every trade is someone death if your adc cant walk away this biggest heal fall flat and obsolete also is very hefty on mana. I know what is bard capable of my friend can solo carry with him but overall outside this OTP i think he is in bad spot and fall into obscurity. And "this is personal opinion" for me it feels he is loosig power and relevancy moment the laning phase ends and you must play him two tiers better then your oponents, he is very hard to play properly and not to die to everything.
