So I was just in a ranked game when my support dc'd right when we got into lane. No one had died at this point. And I was happy to remember that I could use remake. Oh wait... it only counts if someone doesn't connect. LIKE WTF? If someone leaves/dc's that should count right? They were dc'd the rest of the game and we WERE NOT ALLOWED TO REMAKE No one died for over 5 minutes of that game from the time they dc'd.

if the DC has to be 90 seconds long, and then you only have until the 3 minute mark to remake, then the DC has to come before 1:30 mark. And minions spawn at 1:15.
My best guess is the remake system never got a chance to trigger.
