Champions get bug fixes every patch. it's just Azir's are the most famous for occuring often since his release was slightly rushed.
And Shaco's occur multiple times a game, but he hasn't been touched for years except to fix one game-breaking niche-case bug because it was game-breaking.
You can't pretend like it's fair to tell Shaco players that their favourite champion is riddled with bugs and they just have to deal with it while Azir gets treatment every single patch.
