Does Grasp of the Undying work well on Singed?

_"After being in combat for 4 seconds, your next attack against an enemy champion deals 3% of your maximum health magic damage and heals you for the same amount, halved to 1.5% of your maximum health for ranged champions." _

^ Does the poison from Singed count as an "attack?" Furthermore, he's melee, so I assume the target incurs the full 3% maximum HP magic dmg? Also, if two targets are in my poison, how does League decide who to distribute the "next attack" too?

I believe dealing and/or taking damage from almost any source counts as in-combat.

Grasp of the Undying does not apply to his poison, only basic attacks.

I would probably recommend using Deathfire Touch instead of Grasp of the Undying unless you would rather have the sustain and slow/CC reduction more than the amplified poison damage and magic penetration.

Attack means basic attack. As in something that applies on-hit effects. So while it doesnt work with poision, it DOES work with the sky autoattack, which is good.
