Recommended Items Builder has several bugs.

I'm not sure how many of these are specific to me or not. First, a quick note, during the 1-2 months while the recommended items were offline, I was using this browser Item Set Editor recommended to me, so maybe that screwed things up: http://lol.item-set.com/#!/editor

After that, I'm trying to use the in-game official Riot version, and I'm experiencing several issues: 1. All of my champions are not in alphabetical order, which is a pain for me because I have a separate items page devoted to each champion.

2. I can't create or duplicate any more recommended item pages. Is there a cap? For some reason, I can make more via the website Item Set Creator, so why not in the League client?

Currently there is a cap of 20, however there have been many complaints about it so the cap is likely to be raised. The 20 cap was most likely simply an oversight in the drop down menu, as the drop down is based on the rune/mastery drop down menus and those have limits of 20.

I expect the cap to be raised fairly soon though.
