That's not what I am talking about. I know how to play her, and I know how to play with what she has right now... and I hate it. Her old kit was a hyper aggressive Marksman. She was the Fiora of the Marksman. And she was really rewarding to players who enjoyed a Do-or-Die play style. Players would learn to respect Kindred at all stages of the game. Because she could snow ball so hard in a moments notice. When people complained about her, they were talking about how she was feast or famine.
Meaning that she had absolutely no scalings on any of her abilities. And it was possible to reach a state where she couldn't do anything at all because her kit barely received a benefit from her items. Most of her power was in her auto attacks. All riot had to do was probably tone down the onhit damage per mark and do some adjustments to the skills. BUT NO!
They completely ripped EVERYTHING away from Kindred. And made her an average marksman with nothing really remarkable to justify her current state. She's just a husk of her former glory.
I can't even accept "hard to balance" as a reason for this, because there are plenty of characters who are far worse with overloaded kits. Hell, there is Vayne, who does MAX HEALTH percent damage on every third hit. And good AD scalings on everything else. That basically means she can chunk people down without worrying about damage falloff.

So thank you riot... thank you for Olafing another champion.
I'm sorry... this is like the biggest thing that has tilted me so far in this game. I get the champion after falling in love with them over a few youtube videos and their lore. Get to enjoy what her kit for what it was in her glory days for a short amount of time. Only to have it abruptly taken away from me. And they said "Only the devil will give a blind man sight, and take it away from him again." It's only festering the wounds to see that the 7.13 patch was basically them saying "Yeeaah, we know we screwed up and removed a lot of what set her apart, but we are sticking by it."
