kog maw gets to level 18 before anyone else. stands there. kills everyone. pentakill. no kiting needed

gets GA. burst him down. gets back up and fuck we all die before we go through the rest of his health bard because its fucking impossible to tank this bullshit that because of runnans is also autoing your whole team.

the entire enemy team did bad and for the second fucking time in a row this little vomiting little shit just annihilates everyone.

All Kog'maw can do in the jungle is farm and pray the enemy jungler isn't smart enough to counter him. Kog can be level 2 cheesed by literally any jungler in the game and be buff camped the whole time. Your jungler can literally just sit in Kogmaw's jungle like it's his own because unless the lanes come to help him, there's nothing short of divine intervention that will save him. If you have the option to counterpick, play Shaco. He's always hilarious on the level 2 cheese and will just one hit the Kogmaw every time.

If you let the Kogmaw go uncontested and farm his jungle, he will 100-0 Pentastomp your whole team. That's just how late-game Kogmaw works.

What are you talking about? Why bother invading one of the weakest champion's in the early game (that is even weaker due to the lack of stats jungle item povides) and denying him for 30 whole minutes if you can just lose and QQ in the boards? It seems the latter is much easier to do.

played against a kog maw jungle recently, killed him 6 times in his jungle and he was 4 levels behind. guess what? yeah he still carried the game pretty much 1v5, kog is my number one ban ever since.

i mean yeah that's true, that's not up to me as the jungler but my team though. basically kog jungle needs your whole team to "counter" a single enemy pick making it pretty fucking busted especially if its last picked for example.

Not really- unless you also have a great late-game team- you should strive to end the game and win as soon as possible. That's how the game should be played regardless of the enemy team.

People screwing around and not ending games/pushing their advantages is one reason many games are lost.

He does A LOT of fucking damage in the lategame though. A good frontline will make him instawin a teamfight. Sometimes it feels like even if you do blow him up he's guaranteed to take someone with him.

God sometimes when i read these comments i'd like to ask you if you imagine your enemy to be a bot? You know they are also gold/plat/dia ??? A kog won't just stay infront of your team and wait for you to throw all your CC.

The problem is in bloodrazor. The % max health plus the magic damage from his w lets him melt teams in under 5 seconds regardless of how tanky.

Yet blood razor sucks on every other champ. His double attack speed is the real problem and him abusing BOTRK/Bloodrazor/Guinsoos/Hurricane ruins the items for every other champ in the game. If they are going to keep his double attack speed and balance him around abusing on-hits so viciously they should nerf the AD scaling down to 15%.

TBH they should make his lowered ad ratio apply vs jungle monsters, because right now when he uses w he still hits 100% ad vs them. That might make his early game so bad that he can't be abused in the jungle.

The only things that currently take the reduced ratio are champions and turrets iirc.

He doesn't use 100% of his AD ratio on them. Tested that as soon as the new Kog went live in the pre-season patch. Does 55% just like champs. Machete counts as OnHit damage, though. That's the main reason why he clears so quickly.

It's both. The item is clearly catered towards abuse cases because it's either broken or useless on most champions and Kog is a the champion that abuses this item the hardest.

kogmaw dont build bloodrazor as adc he has to take smite to do so. puting him down a summoner in lane which makes it easier to get kills against having no heal

kog is squishy immobile and has no def stats. he is very bad vs teams that have a good burst /dive comps .

pick a team comp to kill kog, and if you do so you force another champ to carry his team and if they cant you just won the game.

to play passive vs kog and not to be aggressive and shut him down and force him to lose gold /experience and then you are asking to lose.

maybe you should ban kog and yasou and just for you its ok ban shaco cuz he is scales soo hard

no i dont blame elo hell for anything... i dont play rank at all . part of the reason i dont play rank is i have nerve damage in my left shoulder/arm and a pinch nerve in my back that reduces dexterity therefore my reactions arent as fast as they use to be, i blame the drunk driver that hit me on on the highway at 80 mphs for that. but that being said i have over 2500 wins and when i played rank last season i got placed in silver wining 60% of games i played. but not being able to physically react and press buttons as fast dont make me less educated about the game and how its played. and due to the physical disability i have with my left arm i dont play overly mechanically intense champs due to that. but the champs i do play i play very well and i normally play with/against gold and plat players and the if i make the match making gods mad the occasional diamond rank player that rips me a new asshole on the game... but the last time that happen they actually complimented me on my game play and knowledge of situations. they crushed me in lane i was Lissandra top vs Akali who was diamond 2 and i was honored by that player and messaged that i was a good player and help me with mistakes i made and stated in teamfights i shut him out after he was fed which showed signs of a good player and if i cleaned up some small mistakes and really dedicated to play i could be high gold and with some luck plat. but i dont put my self worth into my elo or ranking. i play a video game for the fun of the game. win or lose i dont truly care... it dont ruin my day... but what does ruins the experience of this game is people like you who think your low elo of gold is something great.

so to result to personal insults towards me saying im a kid, or dumb i must be stupid just shows your immaturity. and what is wrong with the community as a whole... you refuse to accept any sort of ideas or logic besides your own regardless of what evidence is provided infront of your eyes.

you dont have to be good at this game to enjoy the game or to play it. if that was the case then only 2% of players should have an account that being diamond and higher , master, challenger and pros.

guess what you dont make that cut either.

i was providing a solution as a stop gap fix for now til something is done to fix the situation and instead of saying yea that is the only thing the community can do vs that problem til riot does something you wanted to talk down to me and discredit any statement i made.

As much as this post is just ragging, it does highlight something awful about Kog right now which is that he is the easiest champ to play in the entire game and for all the wrong reasons. His win condition is to have items and press W and right click someone. That is his entire skill ceiling and I HATE it because of how much fun he used to be while requiring skill to play.

i saw it once, they carried their team harddddd but we grouped on him a few times towards the end, you really have to separate him from every1 else, and we actually won through a lot of effort and team work. But his attack speed and damage were ridiculous, we couldn't walk in range to shoot him, we would die half way. I guess we all underestimated kog jg and did not know to invade/shut him down early game.

"Just cc him and blow him up" except he kills you so fast and from so far away you don't get to cc him. All he has to do is hit W and at that point he doesn't even need to kite like other adcs because if you try to engage on him to eliminate the threat you just get melted before you can reach him.

I think kogmaw in general is a stupid champion. %Health dmg with double max attack speed? Like what the hell. Plus he has a slow on his e, and tank shred with his q, AND an execute with his ult. Its not really fair. Like yeah, cc him, but if you put a good front line in from of him youre going to lose the fight
