Poppy's Tackle with Courage of the Colossus may have an unintentional interaction

So while playing with Poppy support, I tried out the new mastery on her and I was incredibly surprised at how it interacted. You see, I had thought that I needed to slam them into the wall to gain the shield, but as it happens, you really just need to tackle them. And... that's it. Considering how disturbingly easy it is to do, I'm honestly a little surprised but it was giving my early game a ridiculous amount of pressure and skirmish advantage.

Between Poppy's passive and Courage of the Colossus working together so well, it allowed for me to go in pretty much at level 2, hammer them when a few auto attacks and my Q, then walk out of the fight at almost full health. The biggest problem is that I didn't even need to land my stun most of the time. I pretty much just tackled them randomly and picked up my passive shield and boom.

The biggest issue with this was that I could tackle them into an open spot, Q, auto attack then walk away without worrying about any returned damage from the ADC. After doing it about 3-5 times the ADC was completely zoned out.

I just feel like the Keystone Mastery should only activate if Poppy hits them into a wall to gain the shield.

What do you guys think?

Its working as intended, poppy tackle us a displacement which is considered a hard cc, sounds exploitable in poppy's case but not like a bug

Huh. It just felt like it was really really easy to do. Like almost like it was unintended. I suppose it's a pretty strong exploit for the early game.

In the early game yea i wouldnt be too concerned about its power in the earky game unless like, draven is taking it because stand aside procs it, if they have to nerf it for the lane phase they could up the cooldown by like 10 seconds

So you're saying that Poppy support might actually be viable now?

Well, good job then Riot.

Poppy's E has two components:

  1. A knockback
  2. A stun if the target hits a wall

I don't see why the knockback wouldn't proc Courage of the Colossus.

i knew this keystone would be broken the moment I saw it

I mean, Nautilus can proc it just by auto-attacking someone thanks to his passive.

Poppy using her E to trigger it doesn't seem too egregious.

Oh wow I completely forgot about that one. xD

It's because all pushes count as knock ups in the coding. Rito is lazy and won't give proper definitions to things. So never trust the tool tip on what it actually says.
