The perfect Trundle buff

I have been playing and having a lot of fun with Trundle lately. He is, however, rarely seen. Many think he could use a buff.

My suggestion? Add a Tenacity effect to Frozen Domain that stacks with other Tenacity sources. Even something like 10% or 15% (reduced time on CC) would be really awesome and make Trundle a more fearsome fighter/tank. It would also be really unique in that Tenacity is hard to come by.

Thoughts?

the exact thing removed from Contamination (Trundle W).

I doubt Riot will add back anything that they removed.

He already got a buff when the lane minion's health went up.
