With those items a champion can deal 2.5k damage with a basic ability!!!

Name on champion AD champion or EVEN AP (dont go with veigar after 600 farm) that can deal the same amount of damage with one BASIC ability not ultimate BASIC ability the only person who can do that is GP but he need more than 6 AD items to hit for 1.8K tested with his barrels

Now go ahead and tell me how balanced this is

It might be a bit overtuned, I dunno. But even in that video (which vandiril is still massively ahead most of the time) when it doesn't crit, which it won't a majority of the time with that build, it's not very good. It's unlikely it will hit live without adjustments though. I would expect either a change on AD scaling, or a change on the crit multiplier.

with that build jihn AA 4 shot would not deal 2.5k damage not even close to that around 1k or less not even close to 2.5k and so what? i can have 25 kills and be lvl 18 with full AD xin zhao items my Q would nothit someone for 2.5k

and that items is not some crazy scenario that cant be happen in game those items are around 10k items wich is pretty normal so no hitting with 2.5k damage someone with a basic ability is NOT NORMAL no matter how many kills you have

you hit a target that have lost 10k hp with an ability that deal damage based on how much hp its lost... its like the other guy who say lee Q can do the same on a 10k hp sion that have 100 hp left...come on...
