Is there any champion Fizz can't global full build?

I can't seem to find a champion that can deal with the monster fish when he gets to late game.

If Fizz gets fed, he can burst down almost any non-tank. If you absolutely must have a lane counter, Akali and Diana are pretty good bets. Even with those, though, you need to do some homework to understand the matchup.

I've seen Fizz global a full tank jarvan packing 3.5k health.

You aren't supposed to be able to 1v1 him late game unless you're packing some serious CC in your kit alongside damage. He's an assassin. If you're trying to fight him alone during the mid or late game you can't complain when you lose.

It's not that he GETS to kill everyone in the game. It's that there are some champions who are just built to win 1v1s. He's one of them.

It's that he gets to kill you if you're dumb enough to fight him alone without ways to mitigate damage and outburst him. To that end, an Akali or a Diana, equally fed, could feasibly kill him. Akali hiding in her shroud would be vulnerable to his troll poll's damage and his ult's AoE, but he wouldn't be able to hit her with Lich Bane procs if she's careful. Diana could Zhonya's his highest burst and her shield could mitigate some more while she puts out some heavy damage of her own.

None of those champions will kill fizz. Maybe Ryze, but certainly not leona or alistar.

Malzahar can 1vs1 him pretty consistently

Udyr is pretty good. Turtle his initial burst, then Bear->Tiger him. You should be able to get at LEAST a good 50% of his HP by the time the stun wears off.

wait for trickster and charm, works every time. he has to move towards you to do damage. super easy to land skillshots.

I usually beat him when I play Master Yi after I've built Merc Treads + Banshee or Banshee + Scimitar etc. Should be the same for any other high consistent dps character.
