Replace the attack damage reduction or slow on mocking shout with it.

Actually they said that AOE cripple is too op. They want a single target cripple. All I can say is Talon Talon Talon He has 1 gapcloser with a long cooldown and no resets. And his passive is shit. You wouldn't even need a nerf.
