Can Vlad stack spell Vamp with Wota & Gunblade?

If i bought a wot and then a gun blade after that, would that stack to 40% spell vamp?

If so, why doesn't anyone buy both spell vamp items? (wota & gun blade)

Yes they stack, but Gunblade is too expensive for Vladimir and doesn't provide him with nearly enough AP for him to make it cost-effective. You'd be better off filling in that slot with a dedicated mage item like Abyssal Scepter or Zhonya's Hourglass.

I'm pretty sure they do not stack as they are unique passives, though I have never tried it to know for sure. If anyone has actually tried this and tested it could you post if it works or not.

Just tested and i can safely say: Will of the Ancients and Hextech Gunblade DO NOT stack spell vamp.

lol wat. Yes they do stack. What made you think otherwise?

They do not stack.

They are unique passives (that one is pretty obvious)
I went in game and found i was healing for 100+101 when I had only wota on vlad, went back and bought Hextech and was healing for 105+112(because of the increase in ability power) the maximum amount of spell vamp you can have is 20%
If you do not believe me go test it out yourself in a custom game.

Vlad doesn't need the AD or the active from Gunblade. You are better off getting a full AP Item to increase his healing/damage OR if you want to focus on healing then get item 3065 and watch your health come back like nothing. Will benefit a lot more than the lost stats on from Gunblade.
