At least riot acknowledges that Talon exists. Meanwhile Yorick isn't even allowed to be on free week rotation or get skins because they keep delaying his rework.

No one here is arguing that yorick isn't due some skins, but bringing him up every time someone posts about wanting a new skin for a champ is ridiculous, and it happens almost always on talon skin threads. For some reason, people on here are under the impression that whenever riot makes a new skin for a champ that they are ignoring the chance to give a skin to ones that don't have as many skins. Riot chooses to make skins thematically, and are most likely not limited in the resources they allocate to individual champions. So not wanting riot to make new skins for any champs until the less endowed ones get some or even trying to draw their attention away from other champs seems pretty selfish imo.

I think the reason why Faker was given a Zed skin instead was because Popstar Ahri had recently come out during that time. Luckily for us, Talon hasn't had a skin in a very long time, so I'm pretty sure we'll get a SSW skin for him, unless PawN changes his mind.

He was already terrible while he still had his silence, but he has been pure garbage ever since they removed it, now he has no way of interrupting death lotus.
His sole purporse was to hard counter katarina, now he can't beat her in lane, he is useless. And as far as being an assassin is concerned, he is completely outclassed by

He's honestly a joke, not trying to offend anyone, but he is the definition of trash-tier.
That being said he needs some love, I don't play Talon but I hate to see any champion rot in the gutter.

I've played both champs before, the difference in their late power is pretty noticeable.

Levyathyn1 votesActually, I never do too badly as Talon. Even in swamped games against a superior, stacked team I always seem to come through and do my job. I usually win lane, too, or when shutout (like with a Galio or once a Xin Zhao) manage to roam and do impressive damage to the rest of the team. I know he doesn't have Akali's consistent burst and chase, or Kat's mana-free experience in lane, but I think he's solid.
Do I want his E improved? Hell yeah, and rename that bitch while you're there. And do I want his passive, one of the worst in the game, fixed? Shit yes. But until then he's not bad.

captainkaiger1 votesThere's a bunch of things to consider here on whether or not skins are made: How often people play X champ, you're right time is a factor, difficulty of making a skin for X champ (Jinx, Zac especially), general themes and how fitting they are for X champ, how amazing is the fan idea, and does this champ need a complete overhaul.
Talon fits a couple of those criteria, but how many skins does Guy Who Stabs Things need to get the point across that he stabs things. Dunkmaster Darius came out because he quickly became the king of it, and somebody a long time ago came up with a great concept. Furthermore, it takes a long time to take the rough drawn concept, and turn that into new champ model, then properly code it in right. You wouldn't want to see Battle Bunny Riven on say the Rammus model. That just leads to broken hilarity.
Also, Battle Bunny Talon? On a guy that doesn't hop around at all? It makes sense for Riven because she's always jumping/dashing. But not for someone who's most complex animation is a spin.

I think other champions need skins quite a bit more than Talon.
Zac, for one thing.
Zed could use a skin that is available all year.
And others, but I think Riot does a good job of fairly distributing skins.
