5 Man Soraka Silence #UnappreciatedSupport

I was playing Soraka 58 minutes into the game. Both teams have no inhibitors or towers.

This is the final team fight that will dictate the winning team.

The enemy team was Nunu, Morgana, Katarina, Fiddle Sticks, and Lucian. (They all happened to have channel abilities on their team which can be canceled with a silence).

My mid laner gets caught, I Ult to heal, then i instantly do a 5 man Silence clutch on the entire enemy team, which then cancels all their channels and snares them, and we instant ace them. Our Adc gets a Quadra kill.

My team: " OMG NICE JINX!" "GOOD JOB JINX!" "Our jinx is God"

I swear, supports are so unappreciated. Supports literally dictate the freaking game. They can bait in a fight then heal their players up for the kills, they could be bait themselves, they could initiate a fight and bring a squishy into the front to stop him from being a threat, or hell, they could save your entire team's lives, as in this case.

Sadly people only cheer for those who receive the kills because its an instant gratification rather than to notice something so simple as a game changing silence or form of CC from anyone who has almost no ability to get a kill on their own. In short, if you have a higher kda, you'll be king of the group. People expect high performance from even the crappiest roles such as support. I call it crappy role because its pretty much the team's slave.
