Talon's passive practically doesn't even benefit him from his own skills.
He has no legitmate CC to be correlated with his passive. If anything, lissandra should have his passive, that would make a lot more sense.
I feel like Talon should seriously have his passive changed. And don't get me started on his useless 99% slow on his E >_>

Talon's passive is useless for him. Unlike some champion's passive (coughKalistacough) it doesn't provide Talon with enough benefits to make it worthy of note. I happen to disregard his passive once the game is past 10 minutes because there is no worth to change my combo to make my combo proc Mercy. It's one of those non-influential passives that you don't care about; the Talon player doesn't care if his passive is there or not.
forist1 votesSorry, but only talon players care, so you won't get any support here. Imo his passive should add utility to his kit, because he has more than enough damage. Maybe move-speed boosts or resets or stealth. Something to make him seem more sneaky, because only his cut-throat seemed to fit his theme as an assassin, and now its more of a cut-ankle. The rest of his abilities seem too straight-forward imo.
