Gets a rework to fix his problems. Make Q not the primary damage dealer, change W to a damaging ability, E becomes pre-mitgation healing (which is fine when Q becomes less of a primary damage ability), give R some phys damage on activation, and give him some of his old auto attack agency back.
Regains her unique stuff back so her damage doesn't go off the charts (which the rework that removed the unique things caused). In return, mark system refunds half Q or 75% cooldown on champs. What would be better is if she got changes that made her a bruiser instead of a fighter diver. She use to be a bruiser before her actual rework.
Passive true damage becomes flat instead of % max health. Its unnecessary if she's going to have already strong dueling and strong split pushing.
Passive scaling is reduced early. R AD buff scaling reduced early. R2 damage reduced early. For a champ who should be strong late game compared to early, she's not as weak as she should be (and many other champs fall in that problem circle. Fiora, Jax, and Tryndamere are some examples).
Tanks, tank runes, and tank items get the rework they deserve, and not the one they got for midseason that one season that then caused the tank meta (which was caused by the strong value of ADCs paired with Enchanters). This also prevents a tank meta from happening (if it ever were to).
Adaptive stats on runes should get looked at. So far heavy favors AP, which can obtain more AP than AD can obtain in AD. Both stats should get the same number.
Class base stats get readjusted. Tanks having the same base stats or less as some Fighters is just straight up wrong. Pyke (who has high base armor for no bonus health gaining) having better stats than some tanks is just wrong.
is given back some of his ability to solo lane, and is balanced around it instead of support. Lets be honest, playing support with something like Pyke is just boring if you're shackled head to toe around your adc. Sure, he was designed to be an assassin support, but an assassin being able to support is just a bad idea to begin with. Supports who excel at damage should be the only closest thing to such a concept.
Ranged gets penalties on problematic runes they use. Aftershock, Bone Plating, Demolish for example should have ranged penalties (kills Trist and Vayne top, two champs who only deserve to stay bot if ADCs dont want other shit in their lane).
Anti-poke gets buffed for Melee. Specters Cowl sucks, Doran's Shield sucks, and Second Wind kinda sucks.
The big one, Toplane gets other changes besides exp boosts and the alcove. What should be done is a thorough look-through of toplane and fix the plenty of toxic shit that lives in it. Teemo, Jax, Riven, Fiora, Ryze top, Grasp GP, Vlad, etc.
