Are people going to actually have hope for the next season with this balance team?

This is like a non stop cycle of trash heap after trash heap where the player base expect Riot to "Change" because hey! it's a new season!

High damage non stop/turrent weak as fk/ every new champ is overloaded as hell/ ADC for some reason all have high mobility now.
