Off-topic, one of my favorite moments was going into blind pick with a 5-man and everyone took smite. Then the loading screen came up and all of the other team had smite, too!

Cuz low rank players always assume supports know nothing. Doesn't matter if they call all enemy rotations and teammates could survive 3 or 4 man ganks if they listened right away. Doesn't matter if they main top, mid, jungle, or adc and regularly outperform everyone on their team. Doesn't matter if their shotcall is obviously the best possible decision; their team is always like "*&#$ you, we are going to do this dumb move instead just because you are the support and made a good call". Since when can you not make a simple yet good decision simply because you are lower ranked? It's like saying you can't shout fire or pull the alarm to warn other people to get out because you are in a library. Um hello? If you know something is a good play, don't choose an obviously inferior or stupid play just because you are not in a high enough elo to possibly have the brains to make such a good play.
