I literally haven't seen her in any of my games since her release. I haven't played her because I don't play assassins, but I was under the impression that assassins are pretty popular, so I was expecting to see her around. So why haven't I? Is she just not fun?
no one is gonna talk about the odd detail that you have to be "good" to play qiyana to even a serviceable level.
She is pretty hard to use I think
She requires significantly more effort to do what other assassins can do. Perhaps she is more useful is organized play, but at least in solo queue, you're better off just facerolling with other assassins.
High skill cap, pro player intended champion that will not really be viable for solo queue (
), but will still continually get nerfed over and over again because they are good in pro play even with a sub 45% winrate in solo queue (also )
Shes great fun. Weird niche between caser and assassin. Skill cap just a turn off for a lot of players. Very Common.
Her kit is simultaneously clunky and very predictable. Anyone who has experience against her should be able to beat her and the Qiyana player doesn't have many ways to "outplay" that by herself. Doesn't help that her ult is also buggy garbage.
I think she is just not fun for most people. The kite has to many restrictions and feels awkward to use. Also she has a very high skillcap.
