Nidalee is possibly the most unbalanced champ. Her spear does way too much damage, she doesn't need the extra damage from her hunt, she gets away too easily and her heal makes her stay in lane long enough to just make you cry when you get killed 3 times in a row and she still hasn't backed or bought any new items. Her q is basically all she needs.

CrimsonRakan1 voteswith all of the defensive nerfs on her defense i actually think they need to give the her "after kill" defense or mobility a buff. the thing is if the target she hit with a spear is anywhere near an ally she has two choices, she can A) make a trade(kill for death) B) crawl away in disappointment and search for different pray... or if the enemy is really thinks he's lucky (really just stupid)sticks around for another spear.

CrimsonRakan1 votesHer q is ALL she has for damage. her Takedown(Q) is basically the R of almost every other champion. they removed the damage from her traps entirely! Swipe(e) is only good for farming.
her heal is useless early game and hurts her mana a lot!!!
with her most recent nerfs she has been balanced quite a bit actually. her traps damage is gone, her heal cost was raised. she has lower armor and lower health then most champions now as well.
here are my tips for all who think she is still op. get as close as you can to her. play defensively AKA Dodge Spears. and don't let her farm. if your champion lacks a slow stun or dash you are probably going to have a hard time with that
then here is how you challenge a nidalee as a cc-less mobility screwed champion.
1)buy a health pot or two 2)let her push and 3)call for your jg, pin her down, and sell her remains to a Chinese restaurant.
she is a hard champion to balance but i think riot has done a good job at fixing it!!
InvisiVoid1 votesHer spear deals a lot more damage than what 2 pots can heal. Also in most of my cases the jungler can't do anything. She just changes into a cat and dashes away while saying goodbye with one last spear to your face once shes under turret and recalling.
CrimsonRakan1 votesearly game spears don't deal that much damage. two health pots give you enough time for your jg to get there. and most jg champions have a form of slow or stun (unless they are a troll which i take it is what you mean by "in most cases"). an aggressive nidalee will have pushed to far and your jg will have no problem stopping her escape. once her pounce is down she will have to flash away which doesn't always work and she can't do that everytime your jg comes to play , right?
last but not least, if she just happens to get away and she throws that One Last Spear.... you can dodge it, if not i recommend buying a better mouse.
