Vi's q and Ult glitch

Usually Halfway through a game either my q or ult stop responding when i want to use them. Sometimes i cant just remove add quickcast and then remove it because it still stays the same. Which causes me to have to reconnect with would be about 1-6 minutes on a match. Plz riot could you fix this????
