Bug In Champ Select (Runes, Masteries & Skins)

While the new champ select for ranked looks amazing and is everything and more than we expected, it has a little problem. Sometimes your runes, masteries, and summoner spells won't change when you obviously tried to change them. Now I've noticed this happen about once every five games. Now i usually have to pick the runes and masteries over and over till I'm confident that they changed to what I want. Now for the Summoner Spells you just have to hope that they changed. Finally the skins, well this won't really affect your game but it has become annoying as hell. So we all know if you have a skin for a champion and you equip it, it usually remembers it and has it ready for when you play that champ again. So if you had a skin before the new champ select and it was equipped, then that skin will always be selected even if you chose another one the game before.
