Frozen Game Bug

So i was playing URF with and as of 12:30 A.M. Pacific Time 4/12/15 my game started to freeze. My internet was alright with a ping of 100 and the timer still worked but everything else was frozen.Champs were sitting there with their idle animations going off and the minions kept attacking each other without losing health. I don't know if its just my problem or if its an actual bug. Please look into that.
